| | Rumors of acquisition of MoldTech® Software false.Palm Springs, CA - January 12, 2007Negotiations with Core Environmental Corporation, the maker of MoldTech® Mold Inspection Software, for an Asset Purchase of the MoldTech® product line were abandoned recently. The deal, erroneously reported by some sources as being complete, broke down in December before an agreement could be reached.
