  NOTE: Personal Firewall programs and Anti/Virus programs are the most common installation problems we encounter. If you have Nortons, McAfee, or similar programs installed on your computer, please review the section below that pertains to your system programs.

  Common Symptoms pertaining to Personal Firewall and Anti/Virus conflicts:
  
• "malicious script" error during installation

• Turning Off Norton Internet Security
