Updating the Client and Property information on your MoldTech® Report's front page

Situation:
Client/Property information won't update on my Report's front Page.

Solution:
Changes made to the "Client Information" page will not affect your Report. When you sync your PDA to your PC, Client/Property information from the survey is transferred to the "Report Front Page" screen. This information will be placed on your report's front page unless you modify it in the Report Front Page pull-down menu.

Follow the steps below to update the Property Information on the Report front page:

  1. From within your survey, click on the top-left pull-down menu and choose "Report Front Page".


  2. This opens a new screen. Modify your property information for your report's front page here. This new information will override the client information for the report to allow for spelling or address corrections.
