MoldTech Syncs Successfully, but the survey is not showing up in your survey list.

Situation:
There is an apostrophe ( ' ) in your Client's Name or the Property Street Address.

When there is an apostrophe ( ' ) in the Client Name -or- Property Street Address field, MoldTech has troubles syncing the information between the PC and the PDA. This will result in the survey not showing up in your survey list on either the PC or the PDA. It can also create an error when generating a report.

Solution: Follow the steps below to print your client's Name or Street Address correctly on your report.
  1. Remove any apostrophes in the client's Name or the Property Address fields when creating your surveys.

    For example, the Name O'Conner should be entered as OConner under the Client Info Screen on the PDA or in the Client/Property Information screen on the PC).

  2. After successfully syncing between your PC and your PDA, click on the survey within MoldTech on your PC.

  3. Click the pulldown menu in the top-left of your survey, and choose "Report Front Page". You can type the correct spelling (O'Conner) in the fields here, and it will print correctly on your report's front page.
Note: This issue only applies to the Client Info/Property screen. You can enter apostrophes in the Mailing Address and the Client Representative screens.
