Backing up your MoldTech data

The MoldTech application folder houses the MoldTech application, all of your surveys, both active an archived and files related to any changes or additions that you have made to the pop-up menus and the report. It is, therefore, very important to back up your MoldTech folder regularly.
  1. To back up the MoldTech folder go to:

    My Computer > Program Files > MoldTech

  2. Move your cursor over the MoldTech folder and right-click to access the Windows pop-up menu. Go to Send To in the menu. If you have a CD-ROM burner in your computer choose the C-R or CD-RW drive. Place a blank CD in the drive and follow the windows wizard for burning a CD-ROM. If you do not have CD-ROM burner you should consider using an external hard drive or other drive to use as a backup device.
