Entering an Issue Properly in MoldTech®
Situation:
Issues are not showing up in the Issues List on your PDA. - OR - The issues entered in the PDA aren't showing up when you Sync with your PC.
Solution: When entering issues in your PDA, it is very important to make sure you are clicking the Checkmark on your PDA screen when entering the issue's information. If you do not click the Checkmark after entering an issue, then the issue data you entered will be lost, and it will not show up as an issue when it is time to generate the report.
- Always click the checkmark in the lower right-hand corner of the PDA screen when entering an issue:
