Installation of MoldTech® did not complete and program won't run

Situation:
I installed MoldTech but I can't get it to run.

Question:
Do you see one or more messages during your installation that said something to the effect of "Malicious Script warning"?

Answer:
If you saw a message similar to this, it means that your anti-virus application was active while you were installing. Even if you chose to "allow" the script to run, your anti-virus program will disable parts of MoldTech during the installation and MoldTech will not operate properly.

If you did not see this message while installing MoldTech, simply follow the instructions for Reinstalling MoldTech® to correct any installation errors that may have occurred during the initial installation.

Solution:
  1. Turn off Script-blocking (Norton's) or Script-stopper (McAfee). Simply disabling or suspending your anti-virus application WILL NOT turn off the Script-blocking or Script-stopping.

  2. Reinstall MoldTech only (it is not necessary to reinstall Mozilla).
