Temporarily Turn Off Norton Internet Security

Situation:
Norton Internet Security is preventing MoldTech from installing successfully.

Solution:
Temporarily Turn Off Norton Internet Security so you can install MoldTech. Open your Norton Internet Security program by double-clicking your Norton Program Icon in your Windows Quick Launch toolbar (on most systems, you will find this in the lower ight-hand corner of your computer screen).

  1. After openning your Norton window, Click "Norton Internet Security" button on upper left of screen

  2. Click on "Security"

  3. Click on "Turn Off" button in the lower right hand corner of the window screen.



  4. A Norton Protection Alert Pop-up window will appear. Click pull-down in the lower left-hand corner and choose the "Until System Restarts" option.



  5. Click the "OK" button and close out of the Norton window screen


  6. You can now proceed with installing MoldTech® on your computer.

  7. **IMPORTANT** Once you have successfully installed MoldTech, and restarted your computer, you will need to Configure Your Personal Firewall to Always Allow MoldTech to Run.
