Photos are not deleting or updating with my changes when I generate a report

Situation:
After deleting a photo, and/or updating it with a new photo, the old photo is still showing up when I generate a report.

Solution:
Follow the steps below to remove old photo "history" from the MoldTech® Generate Report function:

  1. Close out your MoldTech window by clicking the "X" box in the top right corner of your MoldTech window.

  2. From your Windows® Start menu,
    Click Programs
    Click MoldTech
    then click the red checkmark MoldTech Stop Application

  3. Restart MoldTech® and generate a report.
