Generating a Report
After you have edited the text and added photos to the issues,
click the Generate Report button to produce a formatted report.
The generated report will open in an Adobe Acrobat window for your
review. You can review the report for accuracy and formatting. If
you find changes you would like to make, simply close the Acrobat
report window, make the desired changes in the Report Generator
and click the Generate Report button the to create a new report.
When you are satisfied with the changes
you have made to the report issues and have added photographs, click
the Generate Report button to produce a report.
You can create or review a report for any other inspection by clicking
on the pop-up menu in the upper left corner of any screen in the
Report Generator and choosing Survey List.

Select Survey List from the pop-up menu
to return to the Survey List where you can choose another survey.
The text generated for each issue is for
demonstration purposes only and is intended only to provide an example
of a description of a typical issue of a similar type. It is recommended
that you write a custom description for each issue in each report
to address the specifications of the individual issues and the protocols
and policies of your company.
Reports are generated as a locked Adobe Acrobat PDF document. A
generated report cannot be edited in a word processor such as Microsoft
Word. If the report requires editing, simply close it and return
to the MoldTech® Report Generator to make changes, then generate
a new report.
The generated report PDF is not saved until you save it. If you
close the report window before saving it, simply generate a new
report to return to that report PDF.
