Step 3 | Checklist MenuThe Checklist Menu is where you enter information related to mold intrusion, water damage and sampling chain-of-custody data. The Checklist Menu is accessed by tapping the Checklist button in the Survey Menu.
From the Survey Menu, click the Checklist button to go to the Checklist Menu. As you conduct your inspection, if you find an issue that you would like to include in your report, such as mold on an interior wall in the master bedroom closet, you can go directly to that issue and quickly document it.
1. Click the Interior
button in the Checklist Menu. This will take you directly to the
Checklist for Interiors.
Clicking on Bedroom - Closet takes you to the Issues of Concern list for Bedroom Closets. From this list, select Signs of Microbial Growth. The Redlight screen will appear next. The Redlight screen is where you enter data for issues that you identify. This screen also allows you to enter chain-of-custody data for sampling related to the issue. |
